Yes, we are insured with liability insurance.
What is Aromatherapy House Cleaning?
Aromatherapy House Cleaning includes the same thorough
cleaning as a regular cleaning except we use all natural
plant-based cleaning products infused with essential
oils for a wonderful healthy home and invigorating scent.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, some of our customers prefer to schedule cleanings while they are away or at work. Others prefer to be at home during the process. It is really up to you.
Do I need to do anything before
the cleaning?
So we can be as efficient
as possible, we ask that you pick up any clothing, toys
or other items around the house.
How will you enter my home on
my scheduled cleaning day?
Whichever of the options below that you feel most comfortable
with.
- You may give us a key.
- You can leave a key
under a door mat or in the mail box the day of cleaning.
- You can give us the code to the garage.
How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it most convenient to leave a
check inside the home, payable to Aroma Care Cleaning
Services. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning
visit.
Do your natural cleaning services cost more than traditional cleaning?
No. Our prices are comparable with traditional cleaning services that use chemicals. We add no extra cost to you for the use of healthy and non-toxic cleaning products!
Are your natural products as effective as regular household cleaners?
Yes, our products are extraordinary in
both performance and aroma. The pure essential
oils that we use are strongly antibacterial in nature and do not cause the resistance that leads to "super
bugs" like tradition disinfectants do.
What about airborne bacteria?
Essential oils have disinfecting properties that are
100% effective at purging harmful airborne bacteria.
